Registration fee
Registration fee includes book of abstracts, bus transfer from airport, hotel reservation, social program and abstract publication. The accommodation and meal are at the expense of participants.

Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancellations received by 04.05.2012, 50 Euro charged per person.
- Cancellations received between 04.05 - 20.05.2012, 100 Euro charged per person.
- Cancellations received between 21.05 - 30.05.2012, 150 Euro charged per person.
- Cancellations received after 01.06.2012 and/or no-shows, no re-fund is foreseen.
